Antigua issues alert for Vincentian-born constable wanted in Nevis

The National Joint Co-ordination Centre in Antigua has placed its law enforcement agencies on alert for Police Constable Elrick Julano Clarke, who is wanted as a result of an alleged unlawful carnal knowledge committed in Nevis.


The bulletin issued on October 25, 2019 by the NJCC in Antigua advised the Royal Police Force of Antigua and Barbuda (RPFAB), the Antigua and Barbuda Defence Force (ABDF), The Office of National Drug and Money Laundering Control Police (ONDCP), Immigration and Customs:

to be on the lookout for Elrick Julano Clarke and if sighted to be detained.


The leaked bullletin stated:

Elrick Julano Clarke is Wanted in St Kitts and Nevis for Unlawful Carnal Knowledge, committed on 15th October 2019. He is a Police Officer in the Royal St Christopher and Nevis Police Force attached to the Charlestown Police Station.


The NJCC bulletin stated Clarke’s date of birth, (January 9, 1995), his nationality, (Vincentian) and information about his passport.

To date, The Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force haven’t issued any press release or wanted poster for Constable Clarke nor have they answered questions posed by media entities relating to the allegations.
