Dominican lawyer and recently announced UWP candidate, Noreen John has passed away.
According to reports, John died in Antigua. She was in transit to London where she was going to seek medical attention.
John was slated to be the United Workers Party’s (UWP) candidate for Grand Bay in the next general election.
Unfortunately due to her not feeling well, she was not present when the UWP presented its full slate of candidates at a public meeting on the Dame Eugenia Charles Boulevard on Sunday May 19, 2019.
