Dr Terrance Drew On Healthcare Mission In Germany

Caretaker of Constituency #8 and Party Chairman of the St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Party, Dr. Terrance Drew is presently in Hamburg, Germany where he is establishing relationships with the medical fraternity there in a quest to utilize some of their specialist services in healthcare on a home and away basis.

Dr. Drew’s visit is part of a broader agenda by the NextGen SKN St. Kitts-Nevis Labour Party Team.


So far, he has visited and toured a state of the art Pediatric Hospital and the Hematology Unit.

At the Hematology Unit, they are curing sickle cell anemia with bone marrow transplants and gene theraphy.


Dr. Drew and by extension the St. Kitts and Nevis Labour Party vision encompasses enhancing the quality of care and improving medical services in the areas of:


– Neuro-Radiology;
-Intensive Care Medicine;
-Obstetrics and Pediatrics;
-Cardiology;
-Cardio-Vascular Surgery;

Dr. Drew stated via his social media handle that:

“We believe that healthcare is a human right that should be enjoyed by all our citizens, not just a privileged few.”

Dr. Drew would be in Germany for the duration of one week. His visit is further testimony to his commitment of providing the citizens of St.Kitts/Nevis with a New State of The Art JNF Hospital which would provide Health Care Services at a world class level.
