Justice Lanns’ tenure on the bench extended

Basseterre, St. Kitts, April 9, 2018 – The tenure of Ladyship, the Hon. Justice Pearletta Lanns to act as a High Court Judge of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court has been extended.

The Chair, Judicial and Legal Services Commission has given the direction to inform Justice Lanns that she will continue to sit on the bench for the period 3rd April to 31st July 2018.

The Nevis-born jurist was first appointed to the bench in 2012 by the sitting Chairman of the Judicial and Legal Services Commission, Sir Hugh Rawlins.
