SKN PULSE – As the election date draws nigh in the Nevis Local Elections slated for Monday 18th December 2017, the Nevis Reformation Party has sought legal action through the high-court.

Tomorrow, a hearing is scheduled to occur regarding the illegal removal of names.
According to reliable sources as many 60 voters have been disenfranchised.

It would be interesting to hear the courts decision on this matter for in 2013, precedence was set when the Concerned Citizens Movement were successful in having over 200 names reinstated even though the then NRP led administration was adamant that those voters were wrongly registered in the various constituencies.

As more information becomes available after the hearing, an update will be provided.
