Disaster struck the Federation on Sunday 9 February as news circulated regarding a boating incident in the Potato Bay area sometime after 7pm that resulted in someone losing their life.
According to the Police, a boat and a dinghy collided. As a result, one male was injured and taken to the hospital and another male drowned.
